Our pricing is straightforward and is based on the number of licenses needed. 1 Res Hall staff = 1 License, simple as that. This gives us the flexibility to accommodate both campus-wide adoption as well as individual staffs.

Another way to look at it is by the number of staff schedules that need to be created each month. Take, for example, an insitution that has 5 Res Halls on campus, but 2 of those halls participate in the same duty rotation. In this case, the institution would only need to purchase 4 licenses to cover the entire campus.

We have no annual fee and no setup fee. However our pricing may increase each year to match inflation and reflect any new updates. If you schedule a demo with us today, however, we guarentee the price provided for 6 months.
